Can I import templates to another company?
Yes! Importing your templates to another company was made easy with a few clicks.
The only requirement is that you are an Admin for both companies.
Go to Companies > Import templates to another company > Select templates

How is data usage calculated?
Instead of charging you per module, template or users, Octo Forms has a different approach

What are the roles and what is their function?
The default roles are:
- Admin - All functionality
- User - Limited functionality
- Anonymous - Only access to certain forms and documents with a 2 day time limit and once off link use
Can I send anonymous Survey's?
Yes! When designing your survey template select Allow Anonymous checkbox, which will allow you to send a link for capturing the survey anonymously.
Send links by creating a Form Default.
On the list page select "Generate Link", which will copy the link for anonymous forms
