Cancellation

At any time, and without cause, we may cancel or terminate your subscription to Octo Forms or use of any Services at our sole discretion, this is including, but not limited to, illegal activities or abuse of the system or users.

You are not entitled to any kind of compensation if you request to cancel or terminate your account, any Service on Octo Forms will continue to be liable for any remaining payment obligations.

Payments

Payments can only be subscription based but can be cancelled at any point in time, however you will not be refunded for the remaining days of the month. Your Account/Company will be active until the expiry date in your company settings.

Subject to change

Terms and conditions are subject to change at Octo Form's sole discretion, but not without sufficient notification to the customer. Any disagreements with any changes does not intitle you to a refund. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time.

What is personal data?

GDPR:

Support

Octo Forms will only support the core features such as controls and default templates and are not obligated to support any templates created by the users or third party developers.

Legal

Octo Forms will not take any responsibility for illegal activity or abuse of the system or users, however reserve the right to suspend any account at our discretion.

You agree to keep all information gained from using Octo Forms and/or any Service confidential. You agree not to disclose the names or identities of any Users or Companies listed on Octo Forms. You agree to keep your login details secret and not to divulge them in any form to any person or, in the case of company members, to any other company member.
