Import email attachments automatically from the inbox to the Document Management system of Octo Forms. NB: It is not recommended to connect your personal email addresses.

Setup
Enter your email details. An App Password can be set up on gmail instead of your actual password.
It is not recommended to use your sign in password: Googe App Password
Default Mail server settings can be found here: Googe Mail Settings
Document
In the menu select Email Setup and select Add.
Apply your settings and set up rules to search for specific documents.
Barcodes
All documents will be scanned for a barcode.
If none can be found it will be imported into the default selected folder.
