Campaign Manager Setup

In this tutorial we will require at least one User Control on the Form Template. Only subscribed registrations will be able to run campaigns and email.

Create Template

    Status - Create a Template with three statuses "Pending", "In Progress", "Approved"
    Assigned - Create a Control who we will assign the Form to

Create a Campaign

Only one email will be sent per form per campaign
  • Form - This is any Form with a User Control
  • User Control - Select the specific User Control
  • Campaign Message - Add a message and add a dropdown with the dns button and select the Status Control
  • Campaign Filter - Add a filter where we will only send when the status is approved

Capture Data

Once we have the template and campaign set up we are able to Capture some data

Email

Any users who have been assigned and have the form status as "Approved" will now see the email message
